Digital product licence

Damage caused by improper storage, liquids, or unauthorized alterations falls outside MicroViva obligations except where Australian consumer law imposes non-excludable guarantees.

Workshops and studio visits

Scheduled sessions at the Maroubra studio require punctuality and respectful conduct. MicroViva may refuse service to anyone who endangers staff or other guests. Photography is allowed only when all participants consent and MicroViva approves the intended use.

Intellectual property

MicroViva retains ownership of product artwork, audio compositions, and instructional copy unless a separate written agreement assigns rights. Customers receive only the usage rights described in these terms or on product packaging.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MicroViva is not liable for indirect losses such as lost productivity or missed meetings arising from shipping delays caused by weather, courier strikes, or customs inspections. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

MicroViva total liability for any claim relating to a single order generally will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant MicroViva products, except where a non-excludable statute sets a different standard.

Dispute resolution pathway
